Most online Poker rooms and casinos do not accept customers from USA. There is however a few good places to play online for US poker players and casino gamblers. Here is my suggestion for the best US friendly pokerrooms and a few good online casinos where US customers are welcome.
On 30 September 2006 the US Congress passed The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act. By including this legislation in the SAFE Port Act, Congress and the President bluffed the American people who overwhelmingly oppose federal efforts to ban online poker. The bill does not prohibit a poker enthusiast from playing online poker but online gaming sites are now prohibited from accepting payment from a United States financial institution, and now US online poker players, and gamblers will have a much harder time funding their accounts.
Major poker rooms such as Party Poker, Paradise Poker, and PokerRoom banned U.S. players right away.
However, thousands of US poker players continue to play online at many of the other trusted and respected online poker rooms that continue to welcome US players.
